Upgrade Robinhood Account to switch between standard, Gold, or Cash accounts. Robinhood Gold provides additional features like margin trading and research tools.
To change your account type, open the Robinhood app, go to "Settings," and select "Upgrade to Gold" if you want premium features. If you wish to downgrade to a cash account, you may need to contact support.
Gold accounts have a monthly fee, so if you no longer want to pay for it, downgrade before the next billing cycle. Live chat support can assist with switching accounts if you encounter any issues.
